A one-hour interactive keynote. Everyone takes a live AI literacy assessment on their phone, sees their level and learns from every answer. The business gets a detailed report.

Most companies don't know how well their people use AI.

Many know how many licences they bought. Very few know who can brief AI well, check what it produces and keep data safe. This keynote finds out in about ten minutes, then turns the answers into the lesson.

How the live AI literacy assessment works.

01

Measure

Everyone scans a QR code and answers 13 anonymous questions on their phone. Seven are real-work scenarios.

02

See

Each person gets their level instantly. The room's results go live on screen.

03

Learn

We go through every question: the best answer and why. This is where the learning happens.

04

Report

The business receives a detailed report and a clear next step.

The five levels of AI literacy.

Some call it AI fluency. Not whether people use AI, but how well. Scored across six areas.

  1. Observer. Knows about AI, but does not use it for work yet.
  2. Beginner. Has tried AI for a few tasks. No habit yet.
  3. Everyday User. Uses AI often, even every day. But it is chatting, not building.
  4. Workflow Builder. Has redesigned real tasks around AI. Checks the answers. Keeps data safe.
  5. AI Champion. Builds things others use. Teaches AI to others. Knows where AI fails.

Then we go through every answer.

People see where the room went wrong and why the best answer wins. It sticks because it is their own data.

What your business receives: the AI literacy report.

  • Where the room sits across the five levels.
  • The average score in each of the six areas, and the biggest gaps.
  • The questions that caught people out, and why.
  • Habits and tools: who is chatting with AI and who is building with it.
  • A clear recommendation for what to do next.

Answers are anonymous. The business sees group results, never individual ones.

Not a slideshow. An experience built with AI.

The whole format, from the live console to the report, is built with AI by me, a non-developer. That is half the lesson. Seeing it work in front of them changes the conversation.

AI literacy and the EU AI Act (Article 4).

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure their staff have sufficient AI literacy. Deployer covers almost any employer whose people use AI at work.

A keynote alone will not make you compliant. It does give you a measured baseline and a clear next step. I am a trainer, not a lawyer, so take the legal detail to your own advisers.
