ChatGPT training in London
your team will actually use.
Most teams have tried ChatGPT. Few use it well.
Almost everyone has opened ChatGPT. Far fewer use it confidently, safely, or in ways that genuinely change their work. I train teams in London, across the UK and online to move from occasional dabbling to real, daily productivity — without putting company data at risk.
This ChatGPT training course is delivered in London, across the UK and online — a series of hands-on workshops built around your team's real work, not a generic tour of features.
Whether you call it ChatGPT training, a ChatGPT course or a workshop, the goal is the same: getting your people to use ChatGPT well and safely every day. Sessions are bespoke, practical and paced for genuine adoption — for teams of all sizes, in person at your London office or online for distributed teams.
Why most teams
underuse ChatGPT.
Dabbling ≠ productivity
Most people use ChatGPT for the odd email or quick question. They never reach the workflows that save real hours, because nobody showed them how.
Inspiration ≠ behaviour change
A one-off demo session is inspiring. Then everyone goes back to their desks and nothing changes. Lasting adoption requires repetition, practice and accountability.
Free accounts ≠ safe
Staff pasting company information into personal ChatGPT accounts is a real data risk. Teams need to know what is safe, what is not, and which tiers protect your data.
ChatGPT training built around your team.
Designed to change how you work.
I don't run generic ChatGPT demos. I design a bespoke series of hands-on sessions around your team's real tasks and goals — so ChatGPT becomes a daily tool, used well and safely, not something people tried once and forgot.
One session creates awareness.
A series changes habits.
Research consistently shows that behaviour change requires repeated exposure, practice and reinforcement. I recommend a structured series of sessions — typically 3 to 5 — spaced over several weeks, so that each session builds on the last and people have time to practise in between.

ChatGPT training for every team,
not just the early adopters.
ChatGPT helps almost any role. I tailor each course to how the function actually works:
Finance & operations
Analysing data, drafting reports and summarising long documents in seconds.
Legal & compliance
Reviewing, comparing and summarising documents — with clear rules on what's safe to share.
HR & people
Drafting policies, job descriptions and communications, and prepping for meetings faster.
Executive assistants
Inbox triage, meeting summaries, action tracking and turning notes into polished documents.
Marketing & comms
First drafts, repurposing content across channels and building decks straight from a brief.
Leadership
Staying across detail, preparing for decisions and modelling confident AI use for the team.

The AI Maturity Assessment identifies which dimensions are holding adoption back — awareness, workflow integration, culture — so training targets the real problem.

Not necessarily. I can train on whatever your team uses — the free tier, ChatGPT Plus, Team or Enterprise. For sensitive company data I'll recommend the right tier and we cover how to use each safely. If you're still deciding, I can advise as part of the sessions.
It depends on the tier. ChatGPT Team and Enterprise don't use your conversations to train OpenAI's models; free and personal accounts may. A core part of the training is exactly this — what's safe to put in, what isn't, and how to set your team up so company data stays protected.
Most people self-teach to a shallow level and plateau. I bring the prompts, workflows and custom GPTs that take a team from occasional use to real daily productivity, plus the safety guardrails most people never learn on their own.
ChatGPT is a standalone assistant that's brilliant for drafting, analysis and custom GPTs; Microsoft Copilot lives inside Microsoft 365. Many teams use both. I train each and can help you decide which fits which task — see my Microsoft Copilot training.
One session creates awareness. A series changes behaviour. A structured series — typically 3 to 5 sessions over several weeks — builds the repetition, practice and accountability needed for ChatGPT to actually stick.
Every programme is priced around your team size, the number of sessions and whether delivery is in person or online. Most engagements are a series of 3 to 5 sessions rather than a single workshop, so pricing reflects the depth your team needs. Tell me about your team and goals and I'll send a tailored quote.
Both. The training runs as a series of hands-on ChatGPT workshops that together form a structured course, spaced over several weeks so people can practise between sessions. Whether you think of it as a ChatGPT course, a class or a workshop, the focus is real daily use — not a one-off demo.
Yes. I deliver ChatGPT training in person across London and the UK, on-site at your office, as well as online for distributed teams. In-person sessions tend to drive the strongest engagement for hands-on practice.
