Claude Training · London & UK

Claude training in London
beyond the chat box.

Most teams use Claude like a chatbot. It's built to work like a colleague.

Organisations don't end up on Claude by accident. Choosing it is a deliberate decision — usually made by teams that already take AI seriously and want it working with their real documents, files and workflows. The gap I train is depth: from asking Claude questions to handing it real work, with Projects, connectors and the desktop app.

The course at a glance

Hands-on Claude workshops built on real work.
Not a tour of the interface.

Where

In person in London and across the UK, or online for distributed teams.

Format

A bespoke series of 3 to 5 sessions, built around your team's own files and workflows.

Covers

Projects, Artifacts, connectors, Claude Skills and the desktop app — the parts worth paying for.

Languages

Delivered in English or Hungarian, whichever suits your team.

Call it Claude training, a Claude course or a Claude workshop — this course takes a team that already has Claude from occasional chat questions to confident daily use.

The reality

Teams that choose Claude are ahead.
Most still use a fraction of it.

Enterprises now use Anthropic's models more than any other provider's — organisations pick Claude deliberately, for serious work. Then almost everyone stops at the same place:

01

Chat is the shallow end

Ask a question, copy the answer, paste it somewhere else. Useful — and a fraction of what the subscription buys. The real time savings sit in Projects, Skills and connected work.

02

Claude is built to touch real work

Its strength is working with your actual documents, files and tools — through the desktop app and connectors. Teams that never connect anything get generic answers, and quietly give up.

03

Depth doesn't teach itself

Claude gains real capability every month. Most teams' usage stays frozen at whatever they worked out in week one. Closing that gap is a training problem, not a licensing one.

The Programme

Claude training built around your files,
your tools, your work.

I don't run interface tours. I design a bespoke series of hands-on sessions around your team's actual documents and workflows — so by the end, Claude is doing real work in your organisation, safely, every day.

Why a series?

Claude's depth is the point.
It doesn't transfer in one day.

A single workshop can show what Claude does. It cannot take a team through Projects, connectors, the desktop app and Skills with time to practise each on real work. I recommend 3 to 5 sessions spaced over several weeks, each building on what the team actually did in between.

Typical structure
Session 1 — Prompting on real work
Session 2 — Projects & your workflows
Session 3 — Connectors & the desktop app
Session 4 — Claude Skills & peer learning
Session 5 — Review & embedding
What's covered

Hands-on Claude skills

  • Prompting that gets useful results on real tasks first time
  • Projects — persistent, shared context for recurring work

  • Connectors (MCP) — linking Claude to your files and tools
  • The desktop app — working with folders of real documents
  • Claude Skills — packaging repeatable jobs for the whole team
  • Artifacts — from brief to usable document in one pass
What makes it different

Not theory

I don't just teach Claude.
I run my business on it.

My whole one-woman business runs on one Claude assistant with a team of written job descriptions — client materials, proposals, content, back office — with schedules doing the routine work and every output waiting for my approval. This is the setup I teach from, because I live in it every day.

Who it's for

For teams ready to let AI
work with real work.

Claude suits organisations comfortable giving AI structured access to their documents and tools — with the governance to do it safely. I tailor each course to how the function actually works:

Finance & operations

Board papers drafted from source files, long reports summarised, messy data turned into plain-language analysis.

Legal & compliance

Reviewing, comparing and summarising long contracts and policies — the document work Claude is strongest at.

HR & people

Policies, job descriptions and sensitive communications drafted in a tone that actually sounds human.

Executive assistants

Briefings from connected calendars and notes, recurring documents built once as Projects and reused.

Marketing & comms

On-brand drafts from Projects that hold your guidelines, content repurposed across channels with Artifacts.

Leadership

Staying across the detail, pressure-testing thinking, and modelling serious AI use for the whole organisation.

The AI Maturity Assessment scores your team across five dimensions — awareness, tool adoption, workflow integration, measurement and culture — so training targets the real gap, not the assumed one.

Questions about
Claude training.

For fully hands-on sessions, yes — participants need access to Claude, ideally on a Team or Enterprise plan so conversations and files stay within your organisation's boundary and are not used to train Anthropic's models. If plans are still being procured, I can run a demo-led introductory session so your team knows what to expect.

Connectors link Claude to the places your work already lives — your files, drives, calendars and business tools — using an open standard called MCP. They are the difference between an AI that gives generic answers and one that works with your actual documents and data. Setting them up and using them well is a core part of the training, done with your IT team's involvement.

To get the most out of Claude, yes. The desktop app is where Claude works with folders of real files and takes on longer pieces of work, rather than answering one question at a time in a browser tab. Teams can absolutely start in the browser — but the biggest time savings appear once the desktop app and connectors are in play.

Then we start where your governance is today — chat-based work with clear data rules — and design the path to deeper access together with your IT and security stakeholders. Claude's Team and Enterprise plans keep your data inside your organisation's boundary, which is usually the fact that unlocks that conversation.

Train on the tool your organisation has actually chosen. Teams typically choose Claude when they want AI working with real documents and connected workflows — long reports, contracts, files. If you use both, I can run a session covering when to reach for which. See also my ChatGPT training and AI Essentials pages.

One session creates awareness. A series changes behaviour. The sessions build from prompting to Projects, then connectors and the desktop app, then Claude Skills and facilitated peer learning — with real practice on real work in between. Depth like Claude's does not transfer in a single day.

On Claude's Team and Enterprise plans, your conversations and files are not used to train Anthropic's models, and access is governed by your organisation's controls. Safe-use rules — what belongs in Claude and what does not — are part of every session I run, agreed with your governance rather than worked around it.

I work with teams of all sizes — from small departments of 8 to larger corporate rollouts. For groups over 20, I recommend splitting into cohorts so sessions stay genuinely hands-on rather than becoming passive presentations.

Every programme is priced around your team size, the number of sessions and whether delivery is in person or online. Most engagements are a series of 3 to 5 sessions rather than a single workshop, so pricing reflects the depth your team needs. Tell me about your team and goals and I'll send a tailored quote.

This programme is built for business teams — marketing, operations, finance, HR, legal, leadership — using Claude for everyday knowledge work. Claude Code and developer workflows are a different discipline; if your technical teams need that, I can help you scope it separately.

Yes. I deliver Claude training in person across London and the UK, on-site at your office, as well as online for distributed teams. In-person sessions tend to drive the strongest engagement for hands-on practice.

The practical approach with live examples. Learning how to prompt properly — nothing I would change.
